Yes, the saving comes from doing one site visit, one coordinated design pass and one building regs pack for Building Control instead of two. If you're staging the work over a year or more, two separate packages usually fit better.
We charge the appropriate single-package price for whatever's been completed, with a fair credit for the design work already done on the dropped scope. Nothing punitive.
No, the render is an optional £165 add-on regardless of package (additional images £65 each). If you'd like one of the extension, the loft, or both, just let us know at booking.
21 working days standard (or 10 working days with the £450 expedited add-on). Longer than a single package because it covers more scope, but materially shorter than running two separate jobs in parallel.
