Our redesign and resubmission is free of charge, but council submission fees are not included and are payable again on any resubmission. £1,495 covers a single loft conversion or a single extension, and includes one 3D visual at no extra charge. Loft and extension together is £2,650. Prices cover all drawings and calculations and do not include the £199 planning admin fee, which is charged separately before we submit. Fees may vary on non standard or larger projects.
