We also promise to deliver first draft drawings within 10-14 working days of the measured survey being carried out.

If the second submission is unsuccessful you will be refunded the full fee minus the survey cost (£350) and any third party fees i.e Local Authority planning fee, build over agreement fees etc.

Measured Survey and draft drawings

10-14 Day Turnaround
Within 10-14 working days of the site survey, our designers will have your existing and first draft proposed plans drawn up. We will send the plans over to your email and it is at this stage that we’ll arrange a design team meeting to discuss any changes that you wish to make.
Sign off and Planning
Once you’re satisfied and happy with your drawings and the layout, we will prepare the planning/PD application on your behalf.
Planning is one of the most crucial phases of any development. We will oversee the entire planning process on your behalf, keeping you informed and up-to-date at every stage. Our team will handle all necessary drawings and application forms, coordinate with local planning authorities, and make any required amendments. We ensure that all documents and plans meet local authority requirements.

Off to the races
Once approval is granted, we will prepare detailed drawings and calculations. We will submit these on your behalf to building control.
